As We Travel

"Friends come and go throughout our lives
but the mark they leave on our hearts never fades;

As we travel along our unique path we encounter many obstacles
Joys, Sorrows, & New experiences flood our lives with each new day;

The joy of new life, accomplishments, a great love,
friendships & service to others;

The sorrows of sickness, death, broken hearts and lost dreams;

The new experiences of wisdom, taking chances, facing fears,
& discovering your gifts and talents;

Each day in our lives is a new beginning
with an unchangeable past & a mysterious future;

Our journey through life is guided by faith and hope
because with these, anything�s possible."

�Through the journey of life obstacles block our way
like an avalanche of unknowing mystery

The days of our lives flash before us
like lightning through the night sky

The strength & courage within guides us
as the truth of life expands the questions

The memories of the past are locked in our minds
as if perfect pictures never to be forgotten

Each day fades into night
as the hope of the future fills the heart & soul

The question of life never to be known
like the whispering wind of unheard voices.�

New day

"The mountains beam of new life
As the pastels of the sunrise break through;

The heavens open and the morning speaks in whispers
As a new day begins and another day has ended;

The glimmering snow gently begins to fall
Through the cold crisp rush of the morning air;

The eagle soars through the valley
As the spirits of unheard voices drifts with the wind;

The crystal waters flow unending
As the dreams of peace encircle the new day."

The One

"Life is a mysterious road traveled through time
knowing that God�s plan is the sight that leads you on;

There are times when anger & fear seem to dominate hope
like a speeding train on an unfinished track;

The heart pumps you soul through your body like raging water
as your life seems to flash before your eyes like lightening;

There is a place in your life when one seems to come
like a dream that has caused many sleepful nights;

Peace seems to follow this one
like fate which seems to come only once in our lives;

Together the worries & fears seem to drift away
like clouds floating in a beautiful blue sky;

The feelings for this one seem to connect
as you have found the piece to your incomplete heart."
